“I want to evoke a sense of escapism through finding the oddities in reality and forcing the viewers perception to see the surreal.

I was brought up in an artistic environment where I was surrounded by odd objects out of place and encouraged to see the beauty in them. I think when I went to High School I started to see how this upbringing wasn't the normal, this forced me to view it in a different perspective that fascinated me. My art is a reaction to this and a way for me to translate this idea to the viewer.”
